What makes your training different from a regular personal trainer?

Our training is led by certified physiotherapists, not standard personal trainers. This means we understand biomechanics, injury risk and rehabilitation, so your training is always safe, progressive and tailored to your body.

Can you train outdoors in Barcelona?

Yes. We use Barcelona's surroundings year-round: Montjuïc hills for strength work, the beaches for sand running, Park Güell and Collserola for trail sessions, and the Barceloneta boardwalk for long runs. Gym sessions are also available.

Do you offer group training?

Yes. We offer group sessions for 2–6 people with reduced rates per person. Ideal for friends, couples or small groups who want to train together.

How much does personal training cost?

Sessions are €80. Group rates are available for 2–6 people. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your goals and frequency.
